Problem:
We have an emergency issue on servers App502. The system detected a system failure on this server and our admin are working on this issue now. You will be experiencing a problem if you have App502. We need some time to resolve this issue. Please be patient while we are working to correct this issue, so we can test it out.
Affected Servers:
App502
Affected Services: HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and SMTP
How to check if you are affected:
To check if you are effected or not, go to "FTP/User account" menu on Control Panel and look at Host Name parameter. If you are not under App502 server, then you should not be having such problem.
